wholesale rate. Business use only customers are required to pay all
provincial and federal taxes.

New clients may place an opening order with less than minimum quantities to sample products and receive feedback from customers. To receive samples in less than minimum quantities, please complete our wholesale application form below to verify your interest in our company.
The initial order must reach a minimum of $250.00 before tax and shipping.
Once your wholesale buyers application is received, you may go through the site one time and purchase a start up order. We recommend votive candles to sample aromas. With 18 hours of burn time, they are pefect solution to sampling as many aromas as possible to sense our full collection!

All renewable Willow Tree products are available for resale at wholesale prices. The wholesale discount level will be generated once type of business and purpose is established.
If Willow Tree products are not sold in your area, please complete the Wholesale Purchase Application below to apply for selling rights.
Shipping: All wholesale orders are shipped at Canada Post and Greyhound rates, whichever is less and best suited for products ordered.
Rates shown on invoices will be adjusted once order is packed, weighed
and measured for shipping. We do not add handling charges.
You will be contacted with an invoice total prior to shipping.
Note: Willow Tree products are not available for consignment.
Payment terms are not available. All orders are payable in full prior to
shipping, F.O.B. Moose Jaw, Sask. Canada. We accept Visa & Mastercard.
All opening orders require a 50% deposit at the time of order
to begin production and administration. Orders canceled prior to
shipping will be charged a 15% restocking fee as all products are made
specifically for your order. This fee will be removed from the deposit
before the refund is processed.
