Wholesale buyers are required to purchase minimum quantities as shown
in bold red boxes next to the products. Once your wholesale buyers application
is received, you may go through the site one time and purchase 1 (one) only of each
product to sample prior to your first, one time wholesale order.
To sample our aromas, we recommend votive candles.
Applicable taxes and Canada Post shipping charges apply.

The wholesale discount level will be generated once type of business and purpose is established.

Shipping: All wholesale orders are shipped at Canada Post and Greyhound rates, whichever is less and best suited for products ordered.
Rates shown on invoices will be adjusted once order is packed, weighed
and measured for shipping. We do not add handling charges.
You will be contacted with an invoice total prior to shipping.
Note: Willow Tree products are not available for consignment.
Payment terms are not available. All orders are payable in full prior to
shipping, F.O.B. Moose Jaw, Sask. Canada
All opening orders require a 50% deposit at the time of order
to begin production and administration. Orders canceled prior to
shipping will be charged a 15% restocking fee as all products are made
specifically for your order. This fee will be removed from the deposit
before the refund is processed.
