Should charges not applicable appear on your Invoice, e.g. taxes, shipping,

In the event that product is received damaged, shipping will be paid on returned goods.
Replacement products will be returned, shipping paid.

As products are packed and shipped in excellent condition,
all damages due to shipping must be claimed through the carrier.
