Shipping fees are based on actual quote by carrier to all
orders shipped outside of Lower Saskatchewan.
We do not add handling fees to our shipping charges.
Shipping rates within the central prairies are now free on retail orders of
$75 or more before taxes.
Please note: Shipping fees are based on Province estimated rates.
For shipping charges in middle to lower Saskatchewan over $50.00 net,
please disregard any charges that may appear on invoice. These charges will be removed at time of processing and you will be notified of adjustments.
All other orders under $75 in the Northern Prairies & Central Canada are
subject to light shipping & handling fees.
Orders are shipped by Canada Express Post unless otherwise noted or requested.
Rates charged may be adjusted depending on destination.
Willow Tree will determine the most cost effective method available unless a preferred carrier is requested. *Must provide a street address as the carrier
cannot deliver to a P.O.Box.

Shipping charges within Lower Saskatchewan are free on orders over $250.00.
Orders under $250.00 in Saskatchewan are subject to shipping charges.
Canadian & U.S.A. orders - shipping charges apply.
Should charges appear on your invoice they may be adjusted depending on destination & weight.
Orders exceeding $250.00, a maximum shipping charge of 10% is applied.
We assume the balance when shipping costs exceed 10%.
All wholesale orders must be paid in full prior to shipping.
Credit cards will be processed at time of shipping.
First time orders: 50% of order will be processed at time of order and balance
at time of shipping.
Once orders are shipped they cannot be cancelled.
A 15% restocking fee and all additional shipping fees will be retained
from initial deposit.
Tracking Your Packages
You will receive a tracking number on the confirmation e-mail we send.
This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package in the case of delay. Orders are packed well & leave our Factory in excellent condition.
Please report any damages to both courier and to our Head Office at the time of receipt.
