Taxes are applied as per provincial tax rates and invoices will be adjusted accordingly.
Orders in Central Canada are shipped by Canada Express Post or Greyhound
unless otherwise noted or requested.
Estimated rates applied to online orders will be adjusted to reflect exact Canada Post calculated rates depending on destination.
Shipping rates are calculated online by province, including upper and remote destinations. Once orders are received, your order will be adjusted.
Actual rates are determined once orders are packed, weighed and measured to establish exact shipping costs. You will be notified with a confirmation of your revised total
prior to shipping.
Shipping is now $3.50 to Lower Saskatchewan on retail orders of $50.00 or more before taxes. If shipping rates appear, they will be changed to reflect minimum charge.
Orders not meeting $50.00 before taxes will be charged a base shipping fee of $7.00.
We do not add handling fees to our shipping charges. Not applicable to wholesale.
Estimated rates are shown on invoice for Canada and the U.S.A. These will be adjusted at the time of order processing and you will be informed by email of the actual charges
noted for lower Saskatchewan.

Charges are determined on a cost by weight variable.
You will be notified prior to shipment to select a preferred carrier and quote shipping fees.
Our goal is to process all orders as quickly as possible.
*Must provide a street address as the carrier cannot deliver to a P.O.Box.
Tracking Your Packages
You will receive a notification by email once your order is in transit.
This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package in the case of delay. Orders are packed well & leave our Factory in excellent condition.
Please report any damages to both courier and to our Head Office at the time of receipt.
If packages are damaged in transit the carrier must wait while the package is opened for inspection and noted by the carrier.
If damage is not visible on the exterior of the package but the contents are damaged
please contact us immediately to arrange with the carrier and wait for instruction from them. We will do our best to assist in any way to correct the concern.
