Items must be returned, shipping prepaid and received back in original condition for a replacement product or full credit.

To receive credit, the original invoice must accompany the return.

In the event that returns are made on products for reasons other than quality and/or workmanship, shipping charges apply.

When receiving your order, please inspect the package for damage and open while the shipper is present to make a claim. If products inside are damaged but the package is not, please contact immediately in order for us to make a claim and contact you

as to the shippers instructions.

All returns require authorization. Returns without authorization will not be accepted.

Once returns are inspected for damage and /or discrepancies, replacements will be shipped. We appreciate your business and make every effort to correct and resolve

It is recommended, when ordering products where you are unsure of scent or product, choose small sizes prior to ordering larger quantities to ensure your scent & product satisfaction.
