Wholesale product minimums
Sample sizes in most products are available for purchase throughout our site.
Many noted in red, products and sizes are available to our wholesale buyers in minimum quantities of same product type and aroma.

On the right side of the product description, the minimum quantity requirement is displayed
where minimum quantities are requiredas shown.
When purchasing less than minimum quanities the product price will be adjusted on the revised invoice to reflect minimum requirements and will be forwarded to you for approval. e.g. when ordering a 2oz. bath bubbles in Sweet Pea - minimum requirement is 2. If only one item is ordered, your invoice will be adjusted to a quanity of 2 and charged for 2.
Once orders are approved, we will forward your order to our factory for production and shipping procedures.
New Product Introductions
When new products or aromas are introduced, you may order only one (1) to sample.
We will review your file and if these items have never been ordered, only one (1) will be invoiced and shipped with your order.
When reviewing competitors, you will agree that we remain very fair in our policies and requirements. Please review our returns policy below.
We believe that minimum quantities offer your business greater volume sales and
in stock, immediate product availability for walk in customers. Most minimum quanitities
required are based on small sizes to assist our company in ease of production.
It is the purpose of our business to offer wholesale pricing to businesses that purchase
for resale, business use and of course, personal use to offer on site testimonials.
When ordering stock for your business, it is best to select less aromas, less product selections and offer increased numbers of on hand products for your customers selection enjoyment. It is difficult to assess what customers preferences are,
when limited product inventory is available for purchase.
Shipping Charges
In past years we have offered shipping to our local provincial customers but
with costs rising both with our carriers and suppliers, we now must charge shipping
to keep our product prices at the lowest rates possible.
Most orders within Canada are shipped by Canada Post or Greyhound.
depending on weight and dimension.
Funds - Canadian
U.S.A. Currency is converted at the time of processing as per bank exchange rates.
We do not add handling charges. Shipping fees are taken at the exact carrier rates.
* Minimum wholesale opening order - $250.00 wholesale net - Canadian funds.
* All subsequent orders - $100.00 minimum net (before taxes)
Orders not meeting the $100 minimum order amount will not receive the full wholesale discount amount
but will receive a PARTIAL business discount for business use.
Please note that small orders will decrease margins in sales where larger orders will increase margins.
Shipping charges vary significantly with parcel weight and size.
Orders may be picked up at the factory once completed.
Please note: In store hand picking is available in small qualities, at off peak season times.
Hand picking is available only on Willow Tree manufactured products and not on Giftware.
Please inform us prior to your arrival for hand picking.
In store wholesale buying can be very time consuming and at times not conducive to staff availability to offer you our
best service. Pre ordering allows us to generate an invoice to save valuable time when you arrive and in turn assists us in offering the best service possible to our walk in customers at all times. Limited hand picking is welcome but is at our discretion as it is as important to us to offer our walk in customers immediate product availability, customer service
and counter space..
As our client and consumer based business grows, it becomes necessary to make changes that assist us in bringing you the best service we can offer you. We believe in fairness to all and make it our first priority.
Due to the increase business activities and expanded customer base over the years, we must maintian policies as outlined.
Expect 2 weeks delivery. Orders exceeding $1000.00 may require additional production time.
Orders placed at peak times may require additional production & shipping times.
If you are planning a special promotion, please allow ample production and shipping times
to avoid disappointment.
Your Customer Service
Please note: If you are taking orders from customers, please inform them of your exact order date
and the maximum production and expected time of arrival. We cannot take responsibility for customer
and client complaints when expectations are shorter than outlined. We will do our utmost to see your orders
shipped in shorter time than stated but as orders arrive, they are received, prepared for production, each and
every product is produced, labeled, packaged, and finally carefully packed, checked twice and shipped.
Every business and online customer is equally important to us.
Each product is handmade at the time of order and in most cases is not pulled from store stock.
Taxes
All orders for business use and not for the purpose of resale P.S.T., G.S.T and in required Provincial areas
and where HST applies, it is required by Revenue Canada.
Please place your orders online when possible.
We are receiving more and more emails, faxes and calls to order, creating excessive paperwork which is extremely time consuming. When ordering online, orders arrive with affixed product information and clarity.
Customer inquiries may follow by email when ordering online. We will attach all pertinent information to your order
and contact you.
* Orders must be paid in full prior to shipping.
* We accept Visa, Mastercard & Company Cheque.
Business cheques require 5 days bank clearing prior to shipment.
Payment Security
If you are concerned about using credit cards online, use our pay by cheque or money order payment selection and call us
or email your card information. If we don't receive a message from you, you will be contacted for payment information.
Discount Codes
Your discount code will be generated and forwarded to you once your application is approved and level is established.
Discounts will be automatically calculated at our online checkout as you purchase with your code.
Charges generally require recalculation as shipping and offset amounts on tea-lites, votives and minimum discounts may appear. Should charges not applicable appear on your Invoice, e.g. taxes, shipping, they will be calculated an adjusted invoice prior to processing and an email notification will be forwarded to you for authorization to proceed.
In the event that your discount code is not working, please order at the retail level and follow with an email
to inform us. We will correct the responder and revise your invoice.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not exchange or return dated and unsold merchandise. No exceptions.
Our products offer a 1 year shelf life due to their natural ingredients.
It is advisable to clear dated products and renew stock to keep products continually fresh.
When uncertain of new products, it is advised that samples are ordered prior to placing volume orders.
We do not exchange or refund products that are received in good condition.
If you have not sampled a single product prior to ordering large numbers, we will not accept returned items
due to scent and workability dislikes. Please order your samples in good time to prepare for volume holiday
and special occasion purchases.
Claims
As products are packed and shipped in excellent condition, all visible damages due to shipping must be claimed through
the carrier. Boxes must be opened and inspected while carrier is on premises to make a claim.
If no damage is evident at the time of receipt but upon opening and inspecting the order, damage has occurred, please contact us immediately. We will contact the shipper for further instruction.
If a customer is unsatisfied with their purchase or a recipient of that purchase, it may be returned to us, provided that no more than 25% of the product has been used. Please contact us immediately to discuss their concern and proceed.
If customer has a valid complaint, we will make certain that the customer receives full satisfaction without any unnecessary frustration. Authorization is required to return products. Excellence in customer service is our priority.
Returns made without authorization will not be accepted.
